Windows Vista & Windows XP

I have a Satellite P845-S4200 computer with Windows 7 installed. All the drivers for Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows XP are available on the Download site but none are listed for Vista. I wish dual boot to either Win7 or Vista since we have an application that only runs under Vista (and not in virtual machine). Does anyone know whether there are Vista drivers available somewhere for this machine, or will Win7 drivers work with Vista?

See if this would be any help for you.  Type "Compatibility" in the Start/Search box and then click on  "Run programs made for previous versions of windows".

I believe CB has this setting in mind.

   Make older programs run in this version of Windows

     

Vista (Windows NT 5.0) and Windows 7 (5.1) are very close.
