Windows Vista & Windows XP

Newbee here to the forum. I have a Satellti A215-S5837 running Vista Ultimate. I have a problem that either Toshiba or my self can't figure out. In the programs under Toshiba- software updates, I click on it and it comes back with a message box stating the program may not start due to lack of privileges. I have verified time and again that I am logged in as administrator. Anybody got a clue or have the same problem?

In Windows Vista, things have changed. Try this.

Right-click on the item, and then on the pop-up menu click Run as administrator.

What happens?

Tried that, same thing. I just have a feeling it's a vista thing or the way Bestbuy removed the misc. stuff when I bought...

No worries, I tried everything I could, just hoped someone else ran into this. At least I can update the normal way.
