First off if the hard drive is still intact, you may have the recovery image on it. See the section Hard Drive Recovery Utilities, which begins on p. 61 of the User's Guide.
Satellite M300 Series User’s Guide
Whether you have the recovery partition or not is easy to ascertain from within Windows.
In any case, you're not going to get the recovery discs from a download. If you are in one of the countries mentioned in the following message, you can order them from Toshiba.
Otherwise, it's best to have an acquaintance in the US order them and ship them to you.
If Windows boots, there is no need for the label. All the information is here.
Start > All Programs > Toshiba > Utilities > PC Diagnostic Tool

Thanx for tips, I'll try.
Unfortunately, previous laptop's owner reinstalled system to Seven. The lap is not at mine yet (it'll be here just after some hours), and I can't watch for recover partition on it. There are many chances for recovery part. was deleted.
If there would be still Vista on lap, it'd be not too hard to see the key in the registry ![]()
P.S. Xcuse me for my english ![]()

Then you would need to order the recovery discs from Toshiba in order to restore the hard disk to its original out-of-the-box contents, which has Windows Vista.
Or you could install the drivers and utilities for Windows 7 from here. You might get most of them using this utility.
