My husband passed away 3 years ago and I would like to take his name off the registration and put min on. How is it done ? Thanks ! And would like to upgrade the memory as high as I can go so it will run faster.

In windows.  I have run across where I can't do things.  I set it up in his name originally as it was a birthday gift from me.  It would make it easier for me to have it in my name......TNX

Specifically what number are you looking for ?  I thought a model number shows what the PC is comprised of for future help.

There is a label on the bottom of the computer. It looks something like this.

   

We want the model and part number. We do not want the serial number.

In this label, the model is Tecra A11-S3531.

The part number is PTSE3U-06N00G.
