How do I restore Windows Vista to factory settings?

I want to restore my computer to it's factory setting because it's really slow and just a mess. I already tried pressing the 0 key as the computer starts up several times but nothing happens. I also tried following the user guide where it says I have to select HDD Recovery to restore it to factory settings but my computer only has the option HDD. Please help.

If you not longer have the discs that came with that  computer, you can obtain them from Toshiba. Scroll down to Get Recovery Media here.

For instructions, see the section Hard Disk Drive Recovery using the Recovery media on p. 66 of the User's Guide.
