Compatibility for a dial-up

Hello, I just found this forum.My sister just bought me this Satellite 355. I am a senior citizen and she insist
that I learn about the computer. Is there an ISP that is compatible with Windows Vista. This is Dial-Up.
Dial Ups are so slow.

You would have to do a search by location to find that out. Check with your local telephone company to see if they offer dial-up. BUt for the money it would probably be about as cheap to get a DSL connection added if it's available as that costs about the same as dial-up in a lot of areas.
