Since I upgraded my Toshiba Satellite laptop to Windows 8, Chrome consistently does not work right. I get messages that I am not on the internet (I am), the page does not exist, page has some type of loop, etc. I usually can refresh once or twice and go directly to the page I am attempting to access. Sometimes, however, I have to close Chrome and reopen. I have posted the problem on the Chrome website. There are many others with the same problem, but they are mostly Samsung laptop users. They are deleting some type of Samsung Support Center and Help Desk application. Is anyone else having a similar problem with Chrome on a Toshiba laptop?

Have you tried reinstalling Chrome?
I use Chrome almost 100% of the time, and I know others here at Toshiba, all on Toshiba laptops, also use Chrome regularly. I'm not familiar with this problem.
