Webcam, Camera assistant Software, Stopped Working

Does anyone know of an updated model for this camera assistant software or a webcam that will work in replace of it? My webcam light doesnt even turn on and the program gives a "webcam open driver fail, please restart computer or webcam" but nothing seems to work...

 

 

does anyone have a solution?
