I have had my new laptop for 3 weeks now and have been getting used to using it. I can't find how to operated my built-in webcam = I just don't know where to start - any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If you type Webcam in the search bar it should bring the software up. I don't have your model but when in doubt just type in the search bar and you usually can find what you are looking for. You also can go into your user's manual and find it. Mine is under Toshiba in the programs.
