Here's a pair of tips for those of you who frequently help others by supplying links to downloads and Support Bulletins at support.toshiba.com.

http://df.toshiba.com/<filename>   ::  Links directly to a download file description, from which the file can be downloaded.  For example, a URL of "http://df.toshiba.com/this_video_driver.exe" would link to the file description for this_video_driver.exe. 

http://kb.toshiba.com/<docID>  ::  Links directly to the Support Bulletin specified by the Doc ID number provided.  For example, a URL of "http://kb.toshiba.com/98082629" would link to the Support Bulletin with a Document ID number of 98082629.
