I've been using an app for months that would mute all sounds except the alarms by just touching the icon for it. I'm not sure what happened to it, but this morning it wouldn't let me turn the sound back on. I uninstalled it and tried my sound again, but still only the alarm works. I've turned it off and back on a few times since uninstalling that app, too, but that didn't help. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Press the + volume button a couple times or hold it down.

Well, I feel like an idiot. I tried the volume button before, but only pressed it once. When I saw the mute icon was still showing, I thought it was still broken. I didn't even think of pressing it twice. Now it's working and I'm a happy camper again.

I have tried holding, tapping everything to get the mute off on my tablet and nothing. I don't even know how it got that way. Please help, desperate.....
