THRiVE Tablets

I'm using my tablet for many things, its brand new and the music for Toshiba media player stopped working, completely. I deleted the music files and re copied them and no matter what I open with audio, it has all my music listed twice. One works the other doesn't. Any help? I tried to clear the app, Toshiba media player of its external stuff but it didn't help. I did download another media player. Same problem

Is your music stored internally on the tablet or on an SD card? Do you see two listings when using the File Manager?

The music is internally saved. In the file manager it only lists as one

Really dumb question but is your voulume control set to 100%?

If you connect the THRiVE to a PC, do you see two copies of the music?

Only one copy of the music is found,
