Hello,

I have a system image update available in the service station, however in the update process when it reboots it fails showing a fallen android with a red triangle and an exclamation mark over it. Does anyone have any information on this? The update is from 3.2.1.31.5.0002 to 3.2.1.31.5.0003 and it is said to have come out Febuary 28th of 2012. My tablet model is AT105, and my tablet is not rooted.

If you haven't already, turn the tablet off (not sleep) and then back on. If that doesn't work, there are two things to try. One is to do a factory reset (which will remove all of your settings, documents, and appls), and the other is to turn the tablet off, remove the back cover, remove the battery, and then replace the battery and door. Whichever you choose to do depends on how comfortable you are with the various tasks.
