Is there an external reset button on the Thrive? My system will turn on but freeze at the inital screen and go no further.

You need to hold down the volume + while turning on the Thrive.  That will take you to a recovery menu that you can reset from.  Doing a reset will put it back into original configuration, all use data will be gone.

Thank you for the reply. Fingers crossed and off we go! Got it to restart went to Wip all Data and I get the following:

Wiping Data

Mount / system failed

Formatting / data

Formatting / cache

Data wipe complete

Did a reboot / restart from the same screen and its still frozen.
