is it possable to Download Freeware delete recently viewed apps?

Now would these be:

A) Apps that are currently on the THRiVE that you wish to uninstall/delete?

B) Apps that are currently on the THRiVE that are still running in the background when you press the box icon in the bottom left?

C) Apps that you've viewed on your Amazon or Google account that you dont want your Wife/Girlfriend/Boss/Significant other to see ?

Is the question really 'how do I remove them from the pop-up tray"? I was wondering that myself and the only way I see to do it is to power down and restart.
