How To Transfer music files from a usb flash drive onto my thrive

I have some music taken from my pc onto a usb flash drive.  I can play it on the thrive but want to permanently transfer it onto the thrive so I can play it without using the usb  flash drive.

Cananyone help me?

The File Manager app can do copies. The Thrive User's Guide has a section on how to use the File Manager. Go to your PC... go to Toshiba Support... go To Tablets... go to User Guide... read section on file manager. It ain't gonna get any easier.

There's alway more than one way to skin a cat (pardon the expression).

You can also plug your flash drive into your PC, and using the mini-usb, connect your THRiVE to your PC.  From there you can transfer files from the flash drive (or PC) directly to the THRiVE.

Re: How To Transfer music files from a usb flash drive onto my thrive

One way that I did it was to download a movie onto my laptop. Once I did that, I copied it onto an SD card. Inserted the card into my Thrive and dowloaded it from there. Or as others have mentioned, keep the movie on the SD card so that you'll have more memory on your Thrive. I went on YouTube to see how to copy from the SD to the Thrive. It's pretty easy.
