My client came to me regarding his laptop. His unit is under warrenty and took it to Best Buy. They replaced his Hard Drive with a brand new one as the original one malfunctioned. The hard drive has no operating system on it and brought it to us with purchased Windows 7 CD for us to install. In order for this install to be complete, we are in need of the boot manager cd. Where can we get this to complete our client's laptop? Since it's under warrenty, this should not be a charge to the client. Please advise.

What model Satellite is it? There should be a sticker on the bottom.
The hard drive is fresh, and you want to do a clean install of Windows 7?
I don't think you should need anything else, and I'm a little confused. What do you mean by a boot manager CD? If you're talking about recovery discs, notebooks come with a recovery partition, and user's are able to burn backups themselves. If your client failed to burn the discs, he can purchase new ones from Toshiba.
