Good Day Toshiba!

Ok, here's the thing, I bought my laptop in Korea, it was installed with Windows Home Premiun. but I installed another windows (Ultimate). Then suddenly my hardware had a troubleshoot sign and when I troubleshoot it, Toshiba Passwrod Utilities shows and would restart my may laptop but still, the sign of troubleshoot is still there.. I dont know what to do already. I am not that knowledgeable with this. My Laptop Model is Satellite C650, Model No. PSC12K-O2E00V
