TOSHIBA SATELLITE L45 S4687 is my laptop. I havent used this is about one/two years because it bacame super slow etc.
Anyways, I'm trying to do a factory setting restore so I can let my teenager have it etc.
I've searched and found the Hold/Press Zero key at start up. This does not work on this computer. I've tried about five times now. I can get the safe mode window to pop up but nothing else.
I have long ago threw out any disc, if it did come with one to do a factore reset.
Any advice or sugguestions would be greatly appreciated.

Update: I found the recovery wizard. on this model you have to do F8
Anyways, when i proceed it's asking for a disc. (of which i dont have)
Do I have to have disc for this model? I dont care about any data info lost.

That model came with recovery discs in the package and no disk image on the hard drive.
If you no longer have the discs, obtain them from Toshiba.
