System Recovery and Recovery Media

So I bought this from best buy 2yrs ago 

I am interested in installing a different OS hence the reason i wiped it.

I Deleted Everything Off of my HDD all the restore points and everything

Now its Asking for boot disk i dont have.

anyhelp would awesome

 i also messed up my setup password!!

i went to change/delete the psswd by entering it in then hitting ENTER twice and it wass accepted for both

now it says acces denied im at a loss...

Is it a BIOS password a HDD password that's the problem? If the HDD password isn't working, there's nothing you can do. That HDD will be unaccessible. If it's a BIOS password, you'll need to send it for repairs.
