Satellite L655 Recovery

I am trying to recover my computer with the recovery disks I just received from Toshiba.  I keep getting a Error: F3-FF00-0026 error message.  My only option is to restart the computer which brings me back to square one.  Any help is appreciated.

If the recovery is failing, your notebook likely needs servicing.
