I have a Satellite M305D-S4831. I also have my 2 Recovery Discs. When I try to boot from drive and use Toshiba Recovery Wizard, I get an error message telling me it doesn't support my model! Which is convenient, since the discs came with my computer at purchase. So, I tried to go to Advanced Boot Options, thinking I'd use the "repair mode." Well, there is no such mode listed on my computer. I already have all my info backed up on an external drive, and I'm ready for a complete wipe of my system to start clean. This should be so simple. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Do you mean when you boot from the Recovery disc you get a "WRONG MACHINE" error? If thats the case then it means the DMI is missing from your unit. You will need to go to the nearest Toshiba ASP and have them write the DMI to your unit.
