How do I restore my laptop to factory settings

I have a Satellite L305D and I'd like to send it back to factory settings, I don't have the restore disc for it. How do I do it?

Bottom has it as L305D-S59222, Model # PSLC8U-03Q024,,,made in China,,,use in USA.
