recovery disks failed

I have a Satellite C675-S7103 and the recovery disks I created when laptop was purchased have failed. Is there a  way to order factory disks?

Yes, there is.  Go to Order Recovery Media. Better still, you can do it right now if you want to using the Recovery Partition on your HDD.  See page 62 in your User's Guide.

Re: recovery disks failed

The reason for creating your own recovery disks is for use in recovering to a NEW HDD if necessary.  The built-in recovery partition only can work on the EXISTING HDD.
