Try using it in Safe Mode to see if it happens there. If it does, continue with a clean boot to troubleshoot the cause. If it doesn't, you may want to try a factory recovery.
Recovering your laptop to its original, out-of-the-box state is a great way to eliminate software as a possible cause of the problem. Note that doing a system recovery will return the laptop to its default conditions, completely wiping your data. Information on how to perform a system recovery can be found in your user's guide. On most models, holding '0' (zero) while booting the computer will s tart the recovery procedure.
If it persists after a recovery, you should contact customer support again and let them know that a recovery didn't fix it.
