hi, do you guys know where I can find L305 series service manual?

I have yet to figure out how to reach the MB/CPU?

should I take off all the screws on the bottom?

HERE are the instructions for disassembling the notebook to replace the screen.  This should get you down to the system board.  Toshiba does not make the shop manuals for their notebooks available to the public.  Distribution is restricted to Authorized Service Providers.  There are some sites around that advertise shop manuals but they can be expensive and you don't really know what you're getting.
