Truesuite stopped working on Satelitte

I have True Suite Access Manager Fingerprint Software on a toshiba satellite, the password bank function has stopped working correctly, at first when i would type in login and password information for websites etc it would pop up with the password bank dialog box to save info as it should. It has now stopped doing that. Is there another way of utilising this function or making it work again properly?
