Hi,
Could someone please tell me if it's worth 100.00 to purchase the S7130 over the S7108?
I purchased the S7108 a couple of days ago, but I can return within 30 days.
I see now where the S7130 is on sale and I can pay 100.00 more for that model. Would the upgrades be worth the extra 100.00?
Would it be faster, have better resolution, better speakers, etc.?
Thanks.

Satellite L775-S7130 (PSK3SU-07W020)
Satellite L775D-S7108 (PSK40U-07N00R)
Compare the specs above.
I expect the resolution and sound are the same.
Maybe these help.

Thanks Jerry. I had looked up each computer's specs but I'm not computer suavy so not sure what some of the specs meant as far as how they make the computer perform. These terms don't mean too much to me.
When looking at the sites you listed, I guess I it says maybe not worth 100.00 to upgrade? and maybe the computer that I bought will perform just about as well as the S7130?
What I take from the links is that I have a better graphics specs but the i3 will run faster. When we say 'fun faster', is there that much noticable difference?
Thanks so much for you reply.

I would classify them as having essentially the same performance.
The main difference in my book is 140 GB in the hard drive capacity, if that matters.

Thanks again Jerry. No, that doesn't make a bit of difference. I'll never fill up more space if I had it. I think I'll keep my computer and save the 100.00.

I would too. (Some would not consider it an upgrade.)
