HELP!!! VOLUME KEYS AND SOUND KEY NOT WORKING PROPERLY

[ Edited ]

Hi guys, Heeeeeeelp!

I just bought Toshiba Satellite C850-190.

Operating system - W7 Ultimate already installed, all other programs I need also installed. But I have a problem with the volume and sound keyes on the keyboard.

I opened a movie with the KM player and I wanted to increase / decrease the volume. That didnt happen, but the window with the movie was closed, only the picture, the sound was OK.

The sound button also has a problem. It minimize / maximize the window.

My question is is this from a missing driver? If yes, where I can find keyboard drivers for my notebook?

How I can solve the problem?

Please help me!

Satellite C850-190 (PSKCAE-04Y00LB3) <- somewhere in the Middle East?

Satellite C850-190 (PSKCAE-04Y00LB3) <- Bulgaria?

In any case, you can look up your drivers here.

Keyboard drivers are native to Windows. But the function keys are mostly controlled by this utility.
