Satellite Laptops :: A-Series models

First, all my apologies for my bad english.

i am looking some help for a a toshiba laptop (satellite a-100 /  psaa8c-sk800F)

i have erased the all my partition (hidden partition included )by mistake .

i can reinstall windows from my dvd recovery--> still frozen on "installing" after prompting ramdisk.

i can install from an orginal windows xp cd -->underscore winking at the left up corner.

i think my laptop is tagged or locked . But anyone should have an idea about it to resolve ?
