Satellite Laptops :: A-Series models

My screen resolution changed when I restarted my laptop and it wont change back. This has happened before and the person who fixed it said it may have been due to windows updates. Everything seems wider and fuzzier. I tried to change my resolution the only options are 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600. Please help...
