"The AMD Radeon HD 6520G is an integrated processor graphics card for mid-range laptops"
As your video card is integrated you cannot upgrade it because it is part of your motherboard.
The best way to increase performance would be to upgrade to 6 or 8 GB ram as the OS will share it with the video card.
Your system supports up to 8GB ram ddr3 1333:
A cheap upgrade would be to buy more ram: pc3-10600s.
What to do?
1. Check how many sticks of ram you have by using this program:
2. If you have 1 x 4GB ddr3 ram then you need to buy 4gb ddr3 1333 ram ( pc3-10600s ), if you want to have 8 GB ram and more shared video ram.
3. If you have 2 x 2GB dd3 ram then you have 2 options: to buy 4 gb ddr3 1333 ( pc3-10600s ) and have 6GB total ram (one from the old sticks would remain on the laptop), or to buy 2 x 4 gb ram ( pc3- 10600s ) and have 8 gb total ram.
The "pc3-10600s" stands for ddr3 1333 MHz
If you can find a cheaper pc3-10600, without the "s", buy it as it is the same (some manufacturers have "s" at the end and others don't).
