I bought this laptop about a month and a half ago and several of the keys have stopped working. I called customer support and was told that if I wanted it fixed up my warranty, I had to mail it to them (paying my own postage) and wait two weeks for them to fix it, then send it back. I can purchase a new keyboard a little bit more than the cost of shipping it. I've replaced laptop keyboards several times and am not worried about doing it myself, I just need to know if there's anything special I need to do to take this machine apart. Does anyone know about this?
