touchpad/mouse malfunctions after system restore

So I had a problem a few months ago where the LEFT CLICK on my T135D-1324 functioned just like the RIGHT CLICK. I check the mouse settings, uninstalled the drivers, reinstalled the drivers from the toshiba site at least a dozen times and still the problem woouldnt go away. Finally I decided that I would do a system restore to out of the box settings.

 

I got through that, but to my surprise the issue is still there, even worse its happening when I plug in an external USB mouse! I havent loaded any new software, and this is a 'out of the box' restore.

 

Im at a loss. Anyone else have any ideas?
