Satellite U-305 Touchpad Doesn't Work

My laptop is a Satellite U-305 model and my touchpad and the right and left buttons simply don't work. The touchpad seems to work at startup when the blue screen comes on for a few seconds, but when Windows Vista loads it no longer works at all.

Is there any help for me?
