I have a Toshiba A665-S6086 and I just got it a couple days ago, I used the web cam and it is all grainy and blurry. I have tried reinstalling the driver, and taking off the film cover over the camera, nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

So we want :
It's easy if you use Paint.
Open your picture is in Paint, then at the Save As dialog bo chose "Other file format" and type in the name as something.png.txt

Looks a bit like any lower resolution webcam photo in the dark. I'd suggest turning on some more lights, and seeing if you can change the resolution somewhere in the program you've been using to take pictures.

Yup, my Toshiba L655D has a 1.2 MP web-camera...and yours looks better than mine.
So I don't think there is anything wrong with your webcam...it's just the way it operates given the ambient light conditions.
