I got a Satellite P755-SP5101L, I can't boot from optical drive and I can't modify the BIOS configuration, I reset the User password but the Supervisor psswd can't be removed. I forgot the password of it.
I need how to solve this issue, because my laptop have problems with the operative system and I want to reinstall it.
I hope anyone can help me with this problem.

Tray to break the supervisor password it mite be the same like the first password .
Or you could open your laptop and remove the bios battery and wait a day without the battery
after that put it back and see if it works.
or instal the windows with the cd backup. pres f12 and select the boot order to boot from cd .

Thank you for your answer...
In fact, I try the F12 method, but, doesn't work... I can't disconnect the BIOS battery because the laptop is currently in warranty and I don't wanna take a risk opening the notebook.
The only thing, i guess, is take my computer and bring it to the Service... before that, I wish to know what more can I do... thanks!
