The CMOS battery is integrated into the system board. It is not a separate part. Even when the CMOS battery is going down in power, it should be able to get additional power from the main battery or the power cable. Unless the computer is losing the date, time and other Bios settings, there should be no reason to replace the system board because of a CMOS battery.
