DX735 TV Tuner spec'd but doesn't exist

All in one Desktop DX735 is very disappointing.  Spec defines a TV Tuner, but none is found.

The documentation is very poor.

Anybody know the story about this Toshiba screw-up?

Which DX735?

 

I don't see a tuner in (for instance) this spec.

 

Toshiba DX735-D3201 (PQQ10U-00G007)
