Can someone help me locate thee Base System Device Drivers.  I Installed Windows Pro 64 Bit and can not find the drivers. Thank you,

That's probably the card reader.

   O2Micro Smart Card Reader Driver

If you have other difficulties, it's likely you've installed things in the wrong order. Start over with a clean install of Windows.

Install all of the basic Intel stuff prior to any other drivers. Do the chipset software and display driver first.

Install the Common Module before other Toshiba utilities.

That was it. I did not install it becasue I thought it was the older driver.

I installed the 02 card reader, figured the 02micro smart card reader was the same driver just older.     Thank you for help
