where can i locate the english drivers for english windows 7operating system.

i'm going to purchase Toshiba Dynabook EX/55LWH (PAEX55LLTWH) from japan and then i want to replace the japanese windoes 7 with english windows 7 , so i want to make sure that the drivers are available.
