Drivers and Utilities

My PC is telling me I need to update or upgrade this driver,I have been to Microsoft and they said no download because Im a Toshiba customer.So how hard is it to do this with this old of a system? Im sure I can do this I just need the resource on where to go. Would one of you smart geeky tech people help me please ??

Cont.   Ok Ive been everywhere I know of and Microsoft,Windows,and Intel wont even permit me to install anything because I have a Toshiba laptop.My game graphics suck and Im going on about 2 weeks of doing this system recovery and have just about all fixed except updating drivers but no one will allow me to and I cannot find anything here on this site either.Windows Vista Home Basic 32 bit Satallite L355S7905.This old girl isnt tired yet and theres no way I need a new laptop.Im also being told by (of coarse it wont fix this for me unless I register and pay 29.95) pchelper I need 6 drivers updated or upgraded.My realtec also needs help.
