What is the complete model number of your system? Without that it's impossible to provide any sort of usefull support other than stating check to see that the driver is installed and to try uninstalling the driver and rebooting the system to see if it finds and re-installs the driver to enable it to work.
If you don't post your COMPLETE model number it's very difficult to assist you. Please try to post in complete sentences with punctuation, capitals, and correct spelling. Toshiba does NOT provide any direct support in these forums. All support is User to User in their spare time.

To piggy-back on needing Model#, it does help. More to the point if still under warranty take to Service center for a diagnostic, since you stated not work since purchase. Try reversing how you put the card in to learn if that cures the concern as an option. BTW: is this a SDHC card your trying to utilize?
