Hi! I'm having trouble figuring out what to do with my laptop. The Windows Network Diagnostics keeps telling me that I need to install a driver for my network adapter. The problem is I cannot connect to the internet to do any of that! I have a Toshiba Satellite C655D-S5130 and I've had it for almost 6 months now. I have no idea how or what exactly it is that I need to install. Can anyone help me?

The Windows Network Diagnostics keeps telling me that..
Wireless, Ethernet, both? If wireless is involved, open Device Manager (devmgmt.msc), expand Network adapters, and tell us whether the wireless device is from Atheros, Broadcom, or Realtek.
We need that message character-by-character. Attaching a picture is best.

You're connected with some computer here in the forum. You simply need to transfer files from this one to that one. It's what flash drives do best.
