    Hi guys,

 I can't find my computer model in this site. Under my laptop there is a model name and it says L505-13U but I can't find "13U" in this web site. What I have to do?

 Thanks for help Jerry but I made a mistake I forgot writing this:

My computer shows its model number L500.

And when I try to update my graphic card there is a message "it's not compatible"

I don't understand. Please answer all these questions.

What is the part number of your computer? It looks something like the one I wrote: PSLS9E-01D00DG3. If it's not on a label on the bottom, look here.

   Start > All Programs > Toshiba > Utilities > PC Diagnostic Tool

Open Device Manager (devmgmt.msc) and expand Display adapters. What do you have there? Something like ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5165?

What version of Windows is that? Include the bitness.

     Part no: PSLS9E - 01D00JTE

     Windows 7 64 Ultimate

- And I opened Device Manager. It's display adapter is Ati Mobility Radeon HD 4650. But when I check the Internet I see Ati Mobility Radeon HD 5165. I try to update my display adapter but I can't because (check the photo) It says your hardware isn't compatible.

Compare the spec to this one.

Because they are in the same part-number family (PSLS9E), the drivers and utilities here should work just fine.

I't didn't work. I still get the error. And my graphic adapter is 4650 not 5165

This one in your part-number family (PSLS9E) has an HD 4650.

SATELLITE L505-13V (PSLS9E-01E00GRU)

I can't read enough of that language to figure out where the drivers are.

Maybe the driver for part-number family PSLS3E will work. Those models have an HD 4650.
