I have a Toshiba Satellite C655-S5307 series. I have installed the Toshiba Webcam App., As well as the Webcam Utility Application. I did everything as instructed. When I turn my computer on a error pops up stating "Webcam open failed. Please restart your camera or computer." I have restarted many times. I have also uninstalled and reinstalled the programs, and it still won't work. How do I fix it? Need answer ASAP!

Did it ever work? If it did, try using System Restore to restore a previous restore point from before this became an issue.
