Eco Utility button

My eco utility button doesnt work? I cant start or stop the eco utility tool by pressing this f.. button.. What can i do? plese help.

The Eco utility button is not working when i press it !!!! after a while this massage appears : error has occurred in toshiba eco utility , it will exit the application but sometimes it works when i reboot the laptop !!! what should i do to fix this problem?

this is the problem: my eco utility button doesnt respond when i press it...i mean that i cant start eco utility tool by pressing this button... in the first day of use it worked well: pressing it i could start eco utility tool..now pressing it..nothing thanks..

when its not lit rather icon on screen or light on laptop the eco is off.

the eco button does show how much watts the computer is using (going green> http://us.toshiba.com/computers/research-center/technology-guides/eco-utility
