Drivers and Utilities

This morning I received my dynadock and naturally I couldn´t wait to try it. Well, first I used the included cd to install the drivers and software to operate it. Then, when I connected it to the usb port of my laptop, it appears the driver installation process globe. It finishes the process with a failure, it didn´t find any driver using the automatically search with windows update. Finally, I tried several times to install it manually with the same result. I don´t  know what the problem is, but if someone has any idea to resolve it, I´ll appreciate it.
