Thanks Jerry.I'm from Sri Lanka. The given link is so usefull.

In my device manager, there are twon hardware items.

HID-Compliant mouse

Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad

I formated my computer and tocuhpad and several other devices are not functioning properly.

I use a USB mouse. It works.

When I try to install or update my touch pad driver it says, that the best drivers are already installed. Then I uninstalled the drivers of Synaptics PS/2 Port TouchPad and windows (I use O/s Window 7) promted to reboot and I did so. When it was restared, touch pad works. But windows keep installing drivers automatically for touch pad and gives the message to restart. I can either allow to reboot or ignore the message and continue my work. As long as I ignore the message touch pad works. But whenever I reboot touchpad no longer works. 

What is the issue regard this?? can you please help me on? When this is sorted out I'll raise my other troubleshoots.

What does that mean? Have you installed Windows or have you restored the hard disk to its original out-of-the-box contents using Toshiba recovery media?

In any case, try reinstalling the driver.
