Hi I have a problem, I bought this new satellite laptop computer, and Im trying to install a brother printer, and the computer says that the computer can't recongnize the device, ehat can I do?

Install the drivers and software from the brother website and reboot your computer.

My Brother HL-1440 printer works fine directly connected to my HP laptop under Win7,

but when I connect thru my Dynadock (PA3575U), all jobs get stuck in the print queue and never actually print.

How do I get it to print thru?
